Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that does not comply with our policies, contains prohibited items, or is improperly packaged.
We reserve the right to inspect any shipment to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You authorize us to open and inspect packages when necessary.
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight (actual or dimensional, whichever is greater), dimensions, origin, destination, and service type. Rates are subject to change without notice.
You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, fees, and any additional charges incurred during shipping or customs clearance.
Payment is due upon shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in shipment holds.
Our liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the goods or $100 USD per package, unless additional insurance is purchased.

Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within 30 days of delivery or expected delivery date. Claims must include proper documentation, including proof of value and photos of damage.

Shipments may be cancelled before pickup or departure. Cancellation fees may apply based on services already rendered.
Refunds are issued at our discretion and typically limited to service failures directly attributable to NEFHS. Processing time for approved refunds is 10-14 business days.
